Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an OSP Technician Level II to manage material flow between SIG Operations and external vendors.

You will coordinate with planners, inspection, and receiving, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely movement of parts through Oracle ERP and related systems. Responsibilities include creating work orders, training Level I staff, and coordinating shipping and receiving of raw parts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to convey ideas clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent, typically with 2+ years of process coordination training/experience.
• Ability to drive a 1-ton van with valid license.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain inventory by labeling and placing materials in the proper location.
• Update transactions in the inventory system and move inventory to production floors.
• Create work orders and process in progression using the work order system (Oracle).
• Provide guidance and training to Level I employees.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, and receiving of raw parts.
