Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I to support finished goods flow and material movement within our NH-based facility. You will perform inventory transactions, load/unload materials, and maintain organized storage while adhering to ISO procedures and 5S standards.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed, and comfort with standing long shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies; forklifts and reach trucks a plus.
• Must have good communications skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactions in the inventory system moving product around within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials in warehouses and storage facilities.
• Maintain organization and inventory of product within department.
• Understand and implement required procedures (ISO standard documents).
• Oversee and maintain a clean work area in Finished Goods per 5S standards.
• Report safety concerns to Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist in day-to-day department operations as requested.
