Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer II to support OSP network design, financial processes, and regulatory coordination across multiple projects in the Phoenix area. You will collaborate with vendors, city officials, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

The role requires an Associate degree and 5–7 years of telecom/engineering experience, with strong proficiency in 3GIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of telecommunications, engineering, or network planning experience.
Strong proficiency with engineering systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, relocations, and fiber deployments (FTTN, FTTH, FTTT, etc.).
Review design prints and redlines; apply corrections to ensure accuracy and construction readiness.
Develop OSP designs in 3GIS and utilize tools such as AutoCAD/CAD systems, Ivaula, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and Microsoft Office.
Process invoices, validate financial documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities on project requirements and timelines.
Engage with city departments to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support Engineering II and Senior Engineers and complete record updates as needed.
