Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer II in the United States to support OSP network design, financial processes, and regulatory coordination across multiple projects. You will collaborate with vendors, city officials, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant fiber deployments and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5–7 years of telecommunications, engineering, or network planning experience.
• Proficiency with engineering systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, relocations, and fiber deployments.
• Review design prints and redlines; apply corrections for accuracy and readiness.
• Develop OSP designs in 3GIS and using AutoCAD, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and Office tools.
• Process invoices, validate financial documents, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities on requirements and timelines.
• Engage city departments to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Engineering II and Senior Engineers and update records as needed.
