Job Summary:

The Manager Construction supervises crew daily to complete assigned scopes of work, ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and budget are met. Responsibilities include trenching, grounding, antenna installation, testing, and coordination of construction activities supporting wireless networks. Must have knowledge of wireless technology, OSHA and NATE regulations, and experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.

Essential Duties:

1. Supervise daily workflow of tower crews, maximizing productivity and safety.
2. Coordinate with Project Management on project progress and delays.
3. Manage estimates, materials, and permits as needed.
4. Maintain safety and operational records.
5. Evaluate employee performance.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of wireless industry experience, including team management.
• OSHA 10/30hr certification, safety and rescue, climbing certification (e.g., Comtrain).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks.
• Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of wireless deployment.
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and in outdoor conditions.

Physical Demands & Environment:

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, sometimes at heights over 15 feet.
• Occasional exposure to mechanical and electrical hazards.
