About the Role:
The OSP Construction Manager has overall responsibility for the design, permitting, material acquisition, construction and tie-in of outside plant construction projects and programs. The employee will monitor all aspects of the project and expedite or escalate as appropriate to achieve the cost, quality, and schedule goals for the project. The OSP Construction Manager will also be responsible for generating work prints (design in CAD), cost estimates for job orders, inspections, and invoice reconciliation. This position will be filled virtually in one of the following states: Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
