Job summary

StarTech Networks Inc. seeks a Field Engineer to lead and execute aerial and underground field surveys for Midwest fiber deployments. The role requires extensive travel and hands-on validation of field data to resolve constructability issues.

You will mentor field teams, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with Engineering, Permitting, Vendors and Construction, and ensure compliance with NESC/NEC/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience performing OSP field surveys for fiber networks.
• Ability to mentor field teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Knowledge of NESC, NEC, OSHA, MUTCD standards.
• Experience with permitting and utility requirements.

Travel: Extensive Field travel required Midwest region (Ohio, Illinois and Louisiana)
