Job summary

Startech Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced OSP Field Engineer for a long-term, onsite position in Tulsa, OK. The role requires US work authorization and strong knowledge of AT&T-related OSP wireline processes.

The candidate will design, provision, and document outside plant fiber optic installations, including UG, aerial, and buried routes. Responsibilities include scoping projects, managing customers and vendors, and reading work prints from AutoCAD/ARAMIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in scoping OSP-related projects.
• Strong customer, vendor, and project management skills.
• Effective communication over phone, email, and in person.
• Understanding of OSP fiber design (UG, aerial, buried) and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform scoping of OSP-related projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Design, provision, and document outside plant fiber optic cable (UG, aerial, buried).
• Read and interpret work prints from AutoCAD/ARAMIS and related systems.
• Track field notes and relate them to KMZ or mapping files as needed.
