Job summary

TalentPartners seeks an experienced OSP Engineer to support AT&T IFP/FTTH fiber deployment. You will step into active projects and independently produce construction-ready OSP designs adhering to AT&T standards.

Responsibilities include designing aerial and underground routes, developing splice locations, and performing IQGeo-based engineering while coordinating with field, permitting and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with AT&T IFP and/or FTTH projects is required.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with IQGeo and completed training in IQGeo, WALDO and ARAMIS.
• Ability to design aerial and underground fiber networks per AT&T standards.
• Ability to interpret maps, field notes and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and design OSP fiber networks for AT&T IFP/FTTH projects.
• Develop fiber routes, feeder, distribution networks, splice locations and related OSP infra.
• Perform engineering within IQGeo and design routes for aerial/underground fiber.
• Prepare construction-ready engineering packages meeting AT&T specs.
• Coordinate with field, permitting, construction and project management teams.
