About the Role:

Our client is looking for an OSP Field Auditor to join our team in Alabama. In this role, you’ll act as our eyes and ears on the ground—making sure our fiber-to-the-home network is being built to spec and with high quality. You’ll inspect construction work, verify standards are being met, and report your findings back to the team. This is a field-based position, so you’ll be on the move, traveling within the market and walking outdoor routes to complete your inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections of outside plant (OSP) construction and engineering work.
• Check that all work meets our construction standards and project requirements.
• Review and confirm test results provided by contractors.
• Document your findings clearly—note any issues, progress, or completed work.
• Report updates and observations to the Deployment Services Lead.
• Maintain a professional presence when working with contractors and stakeholders.
• Travel to different field locations across the Alabama market.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in OSP inspection, construction, or field auditing.
• Solid understanding of fiber optic construction and testing processes.
• Comfortable walking long distances for site inspections.
• Must be located in the Alabama market.
• Reliable vehicle for travel within the region.
