Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer to support the design, planning, and engineering of advanced fiber optic deployments. This role focuses on designing scalable fiber infrastructure across multiple markets and coordinating with permitting teams to advance projects.

You will develop routing, construction drawings, and engineering packages, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company guidelines while maintaining GIS records and supporting deployment with construction

Qualifications

• Experience designing fiber networks and routes (FTTH/FTTX, Metro, Backbone).
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Familiarity with aerial and underground designs and route documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with permitting and utility teams.
