GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer to support the design, planning, and engineering of advanced fiber optic deployments across multiple Colorado markets. You will oversee construction from concept through completion and design OSP fiber routes and network infrastructure.

Lead end-to-end deployment, manage engineering firms and contractors, review scopes and budgets, develop construction drawings, and coordinate permitting and right-of-way.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in OSP fiber construction, telecommunications, or network deployment.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and construction activities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber deployment practices.
• Understanding of permitting, right-of-way, and construction processes.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• 3+ years of OSP engineering or fiber network design experience.
• Experience designing FTTH, FTTX, Metro, or Backbone Fiber networks.
• Knowledge of fiber routing, allocation, and splicing concepts.
• Understanding of aerial and underground network design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
