GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer to support the design, planning, and engineering of advanced fiber optic network deployments across multiple markets.

You will design OSP routes, develop construction drawings, and collaborate with permitting teams and construction crews to deliver scalable fiber infrastructure.

Formación

• 3+ years of OSP engineering or fiber network design experience.
• Experience designing FTTH/FTTX/Metro/Backbone fiber networks.
• Knowledge of fiber routing, allocation, and splicing concepts.
• Understanding of aerial and underground network design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design OSP fiber routes and network infrastructure.
