Job summary

ABSC is seeking a Mid-Level OSINT Instructor to support DoD/IC missions in Reston, VA. You will design curriculum, produce OSINT training materials, and lead instructional sessions while implementing advanced tradecraft.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CIP willingness and a bachelor’s degree, plus extensive OSINT training experience. You will join a team delivering intelligence solutions across public sector clients, contributing to training programs and assessments in a fast-paced

Qualifications

8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Intelligence Community experience required.

Responsibilities

Produce and organize OSINT training materials, document attendance, and handle instructional tasks.
Design curriculum for specialized OSINT training, develop e-learning content, and create training assessments.
Support oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training development, implement new TTPs, and lead instructional sessions on tradecraft.
