Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a labor-category related field; 8–10 years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation.
• Develop training materials, manage curriculum creation, and design e-learning modules for OSINT skills.
• Support leading instructional development, establish new tradecraft TTPs, and supervise training design.
