CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced PED, reporting, and targeting using public and commercial data sources at Fort Liberty, NC.

Candidates should have 6+ years as an intelligence analyst, 3+ years OSINT/PAI targeting, TS/SCI clearance, and strong briefing and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Six years as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Three years OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non‑kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.
• Two years of experience with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency with all‑source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, and analytic and targeting methodology.
• Advanced proficiency with OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and OSINT research/methodology.
• Strong understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Superior written communications and MS Office proficiency.
• Superior verbal briefing skills at the O5/GS14 level or above.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI

CGS is seeking a skilledOSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates
• Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi‑intelligence assessments

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non‑kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience)
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction
• Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all‑source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
• Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
• Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
• Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
