Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design curricula and develop e-learning modules for OSINT skills in support of the EWOKS program for the DIA. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph and extensive experience in instructional design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category; 17 years total experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 12 years of analysis-related experience in the labor category; recent experience preferred.
• Intelligence Community experience is preferred.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with ability/willingness to obtain/maintain Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation.
• Develop training materials, manages curriculum creation, and designs e-learning modules for OSINT skills.
• Support leading instructional development, establish new tradecraft TTPs, and supervise training design.
