Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to design curricula, organize educational content, and create e-learning modules for OSINT skills within the EWOKS program supporting the DIA. The role requires Senior-level expertise and TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, managing curriculum creation, and supervising training design while advancing OSINT capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to labor category; 5 extra years may substitute for degree
• Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent experience
• Intelligence Community experience preferred; OSINT/in intelligence discipline experience desired

Responsibilities

• Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation
• Develop training materials, manage curriculum creation, and design e-learning modules for OSINT skills
• Support leading instructional development, establish new tradecraft TTPs, and supervise training design
