Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order, overseeing OSINT reporting training, geospatial tools, and dashboard usage for partner nations.

The role applies instructional design and adult learning methodologies, delivering hands-on sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments across international partner networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or related field or 5+ years training experience.
• Knowledge in OSINT, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSINT reporting training for partner nations.
• Manage training on geospatial tools and dashboard utilization.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Facilitate cross-cultural knowledge transfer and communication.
• Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS.
• Adapt content to evolving needs with real-world scenarios.
