Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS. The role involves overseeing OSINT reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.

The Training Coordinator will apply instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of training/curriculum experience.
• Knowledge of OSINT methods, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and dashboard analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSINT reporting training for partner nations.
• Manage training on geospatial tools and dashboard utilization.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Coordinate cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
• Oversee training in geospatial analysis/visualization with ArcGIS.
• Adapt content to evolving needs.
