Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Collector (Senior) to join our team!

This position will be performed on-site in Wiesbaden, Germany.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Provide management-related products and data calls. Develop OSINT Collection Requirements within Government tasking that conform to established standards, ensuring publication in the appropriate system of record, and contribute to Army OSINT collection doctrine, policies, processes, and procedures.
  2. Assist in managing the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce Collection Management-related products and data calls.
  3. Provide timely, tailored, and sharable information environment intelligence.
  4. Support validation and the tipping and cueing of other intelligence functions, and monitor for indicators and warnings.
  5. Expand traditional reports from standalone pieces of information to contextualize intelligence within the theater’s information environment.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  1. Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, Master's with 7+ years, or PhD/JD with 4+ years.
  2. Ability to analyze operational activities of military, governmental, or business systems to support decision-making aligned with US Government policy goals.
  3. Knowledge of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leader Development, Material, Personnel, & Facilities.
  4. Skills in judgment, subject matter expertise, decision support tools, modeling, measurement techniques, mathematics, and statistics.
  5. Experience in developing and integrating solutions for modeling and simulation-based decision support systems.
  6. Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is mandatory for this role.

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
