Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Collector - Russian Linguistics SME to join our team on-site in Wiesbaden, Germany.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Provide management-related products and data calls.
  2. Develop OSINT Collection Requirements within government tasking, conforming to established standards, and ensure publication in the appropriate system of record. Compose and refine Army OSINT collection doctrine, policies, processes, and procedures.
  3. Manage the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce collection management-related products and data calls.
  4. Provide timely, tailored, and shareable information environment intelligence.
  5. Support validation, tipping, and cueing of other intelligence functions; monitor for indicators and warnings.
  6. Enhance traditional reports by providing context within the theater’s information environment.
  7. Apply Russian linguistics expertise to support the OSINT Collection Team.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Degree and experience combinations: Bachelors + 18+ years, Masters + 16+ years, or PhD/JD + 15+ years.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to support contingency operations, operational planning, joint and multi-lateral training, and strategic engagement across the AOR and AOI, including analysis and research in various domains.
  • Skills to monitor and analyze political, military, and economic developments in the countries within the AORs and AOIs.
  • Knowledge to assess military capabilities, doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment within each country, including the U.S.
  • Research, authoring, and coordinating threat assessments; developing analytical procedures; supporting intelligence product development; and supporting policy and procedural development.
Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
