Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Collector to join our team in Wiesbaden, Germany.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Provide management-related products and data calls. Develop OSINT collection requirements within government tasking, ensuring standards are met and publications are made in the appropriate systems. Contribute to Army OSINT collection doctrine, policies, processes, and procedures.
2. Manage the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce collection management products and data calls.
3. Provide timely, tailored, and sharable information environment intelligence.
4. Support validation, tipping, cueing of other intelligence functions, and monitor indicators and warnings.
5. Expand traditional reports to provide context within the theater’s information environment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree.
2. Ability to support contingency operations, operational planning, joint and multi-lateral exercises, and strategic engagement across Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI). Includes analysis and research in industry, infrastructure, technology, countries, and vulnerabilities.
3. Ability to monitor and analyze political, military, and economic developments in the AORs and AOIs.
4. Knowledge to assess military capabilities, doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of forces within each country, including the U.S.
5. Skills in researching, authoring, and coordinating threat assessments, developing analytical procedures, supporting intelligence product development, and policy procedures.
6. Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $72,900 - $127,600. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible schedules, and holidays.
