Job summary

3Bridges is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead OSHC operations across multiple sites, including Engadine, and to inspire educators while fostering child wellbeing, development and belonging. This role targets experienced educators ready to advance into leadership within a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in School Age Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Child Protection and National Child Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily OSHC operations and act as Responsible Person.
• Mentor educators and support high-quality outcomes for children.
• Deliver engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, schools and the community.
• Maintain compliance, contribute to quality improvement, and support service administration.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and collaborative environment for children and staff.
