Job summary

Big Childcare is seeking an enthusiastic OSHC Centre Manager to lead Yirrama Primary School’s before/after school care program in Charlemont. You will manage a team of Educators, foster strong family relationships and liaise with the school to deliver safe, engaging care.

The role focuses on leadership, compliance with the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place, plus budgeting and staff development to maintain a high-quality service for children and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent.
• WWCC and Police Check current or willing to obtain.
• Strong leadership and rostering experience in OSHC or ECEC.
• Good understanding of National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality OSHC care.
• Build strong relationships with families and the school community.
• Oversee budgeting, staff training, compliance and rostering.
• Plan and deliver exciting, child-led programs aligned with the learning framework.
• Ensure safeguarding, incident reporting and safe environment for children.
