Responsibilities

• Provide nurture and care for school-aged children within OSHC Services.
• Work with Educational Leader to deliver educational programming and day-to-day care.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical and educational development.
• Engage and inspire children daily, ensuring safety and support to learn new things.
• Drive learning through the My Time, Our Place Framework.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Follow Service Philosophy, Policies and Procedures in day-to-day work.
• Develop positive relationships with children and families.
• Assist with learning, homework, sports and arts, in a nurturing environment.
• Demonstrate friendly, can-do attitude.

• Provide exceptional nurture and care for school-aged children within our OSHC Services.
• Work with the Educational Leader to ensure delivery of educational programming and day-to-day care.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical and educational development.
• Engage and inspire children daily, ensuring they are safe, supported and encouraged to explore and learn new things.
• Drive learning and development through the principles, practices and outcomes of the My Time, Our Place Framework.
• Maintain vigilant supervision and provide a safe, inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Follow our Service Philosophy, Policies and Procedures in day‑to‑day work practices.
• Develop positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Assist children with learning, extending on their interests, homework, sports and arts, and create a nurturing, welcoming environment.
