Central Plumbing & Electric Supply in Texas is seeking a dependable Safety Coordinator/Office Personnel to support our safety program and daily office operations. The role helps maintain OSHA compliance, coordinates safety activities, and provides general office support.

You will conduct safety inspections, coordinate training, maintain logs, and investigate incidents, while handling phone calls, data entry, and invoice-related paperwork.

Qualifications

• Previous office, safety, or coordination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations & workplace safety practices is a plus.
• Strong organizational & time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently with attention to detail & strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Safety coordination, assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations & company safety policies.
• Conduct & document safety inspections, audits, & job site observations.
• Coordinate employee safety training, orientations, & certification records.
• Maintain safety logs, reports, & documentation.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents, injuries, and near-misses.
• Assist management with implementing & improving workplace safety programs.
• Monitor and update required safety records & certifications.
• Answer & direct incoming phone calls, data entry & recordkeeping, and general office duties.
