Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Occupational Safety Health Analyst to support the FAA EOSH program in the Oakland District and surrounding sites. The role requires ensuring compliance with federal/state OSHA standards, maintaining records, and participating in inspections and investigations.

The candidate will also handle incident reporting, training delivery, and risk assessments across assigned sites, with on-site work in Rancho Cordova, CA or nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% to support the Oakland District.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with 3/5 years U.S. residency for Public Trust Suitability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace conditions comply with OSHA standards and maintain records.
• Participate in OSHA inspections and follow-up procedures after citations.
• Investigate, prepare reports, and forward documents to the customer for approval.
• Report injuries and fatalities.
• Conduct safe work procedures and safety training courses.
