Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking an Occupational Safety Health Analyst to support the FAA/ATO EOSH program across Western Service Area districts. The role requires boots-on-the-ground expertise in OSHA compliance and incident investigations, with duties including training and records management.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, 4+ years (or 2+ with a Master’s), and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Travel up to 50% and onsite work in listed cities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Master's with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder with continuous U.S. residency).
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across the Western Service Area districts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace conditions comply with OSHA standards and maintain required records.
• Participate in OSHA inspections and follow-up procedures after citations.
• Conduct safety training courses based on work procedures.
