Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish is preferred.
• 3 years of safety experience with OSHA/DOT preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Orientation: prepares onboarding paperwork and facilitates safety training.
• Safety: promote a caring safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Safety Training: engage workers across roles and manage annual trainings.
• Documents and tracks continued education and training across the company.
• Manages Train the Trainer process and maintains the Safety schedule.
