Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Safety Technician for its Denver operations at multiple Colorado sites, including Aurora, Denver and Windsor. You will promote safe work practices, assist with the Accident Prevention Plan, and ensure safety documentation meets client requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30 and OSHA 510, ability to spend 80% in the field, and a willingness to work 50–60 hour weeks. Pay is $36–$40/hour, DOE, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications are required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work 50–60 hour weeks.
• Previous safety oversight for 15+ craft workers in the field.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices to prevent injuries on sites.
• Administer PCI’s Accident Prevention Plan and related safety policies.
• Ensure safety reports and documentation are completed on time.
• Collaborate with site safety manager to implement safety procedures.
• Investigate injuries and illnesses at project sites.
• Represent PCI as a professional safety contact on sites.
