This role requires a hands-on individual to manage safety operations on a large-scale construction site. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of construction experience and certifications like STSC, along with good people skills and a commitment to safety. Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience required.
• Able to work in a group setting with multiple parties.
• Willingness to learn additional safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite safety and orientation for personnel.
• Lead daily stretch and flex with the crew.
• Conduct and document safety meetings.
• Daily site safety walks and audits.
• Attend jobsite safety meetings and perform incident investigations.

Skills

Understanding of OSHA regulations

Good people and customer service skills

Can-do attitude with good communication skills

Education

STSC certification

CHST, CSP certification preferred

OSHA 30-hour construction safety class

Certifications in CPR and First Aid
