DPR Construction is seeking a general labor professional to support site progress and project completion on our California projects. You will perform site prep, material handling, and equipment maintenance while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of labor or construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHA 10 certification. OSHA 30 is preferred. This role is based on site with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in general labor or construction preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Assists other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
• Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
• Communicates task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.
