Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a General Laborer for our Silicon Valley, CA project. You will perform a variety of physical and general construction tasks, support trades, and help maintain a safe, organized site.

Responsibilities include site prep, material handling, equipment upkeep, following safety procedures, and communicating progress to leads. Requires 2–4 years in general labor or related field; OSHA 10 is required, OSHA 30 preferred; HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Assists other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
• Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
• Communicates task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.
