Job summary

Fargo Parks is seeking a groundskeeper to operate golf course equipment and help maintain our greens and surrounding areas. Shifts run weekdays from early morning with rotating weekend coverage, and the season extends through late October depending on weather. Flexible scheduling may be available to fit personal needs.

The role requires physical work, attention to safety, and reliable transportation to the course. Training will be provided for equipment and irrigation systems.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.

Description

Responsibilities include operation of various golf course equipment including mowers, string trimmers, irrigation equipment and hand tools. Work hours are weekdays 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with rotating weekend shifts from 6:00 am to about 10:00 am. Position can be flexible to accommodate schedules.

Position runs approximately to October 31st - depending on weather.
