• Maintenir des dossiers adéquats de travail effectué sous le titre IV-D.

Job description

Represent Domestic Relations Section and the Department of Human Services in Child Support matters in court or administrative hearings with respect to establishment of paternity, child support order establishment, enforcement of child support orders, inter-county and interstate cases, exceptions, appeals and motion court. Assist the custodial parent in child support matters listed above. Maintain adequate records of work performed under title IV-D.
Must be a member of PA Bar.

Physical Requirements: Requires going to court, occasional standing, mostly desk work
