Job summary

JSX is seeking an Operations Services Supervisor to lead a team of Operation Service Concierges (OSCs) at Las Vegas. You’ll ensure safe, on-time ramp operations and a seamless customer experience across aircraft marshalling, baggage handling, cleaning, and servicing.

Responsibilities include coaching crewmembers, coordinating ramp tasks, monitoring safety, and supporting both domestic and international operations. DOT/FAA safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in airport ramp operations.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, reaching.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings per the DOT and FAA guidelines.
