Job summary

West Fraser Bemidji OSB mill seeks Production Technicians to operate or assist with manufacturing equipment and maintain safety and quality standards. This is a safety-sensitive, drug-free role with 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training provided and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willing to cross-train and work in various areas.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate or assist with OSB manufacturing equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment for product flow.
• Perform preventive maintenance and clean-up on equipment.
• Work safely in a team environment and participate in meetings/training.
