Job summary

Sanford Health in Minot, North Dakota is seeking a qualified Orthotic/Prosthetic Practitioner. You will manage prosthetic care under physician prescription, assess patients, and implement treatment plans with follow-up support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing orthoses and prostheses to restore function, maintaining high safety standards, and contributing to clinic operations. A valid driver’s license and ABC/BOC certification are required.

Summary

Responsible to manage the comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic patient care under the direction of a physician's prescription. This includes patient assessment, formulation and implementation of a treatment plan, as well as follow-up and practice management.

Job Description

The orthosis/prosthesis is designed to restore physiological function and/or cosmesis.

Qualifications

• Completed the schooling necessary to become certified as a Certified Orthotic/Prosthetic Practitioner.
• Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics through the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC) is required.
• Possess a valid Class D driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
