Job summary

Methodist Rehabilitation Center in Flowood, MS is seeking an Orthotic & Prosthetic Department Technician - Logistics & Fabrication Support to help manage ordering, inventory, shipping, and receiving, while assisting fabrication and patient care activities.

The role is hands-on, requires organization and comfort working with vendors and clinicians, and offers a stable full-time schedule in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certificate from an Orthotic/Prosthetic Technical School is preferred.
• Experience with ordering, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or supply coordination is desirable.
• Healthcare or medical supply experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order orthotic and prosthetic materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute shipments and department supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
• Coordinate shipping of devices and materials to patients, vendors, and facilities.
