Job summary

Hanger Clinic in Savannah, GA seeks a Clinical Assistant to support certified clinicians in delivering orthotic and prosthetic patient care. You will assist with patient prep, mold fabrication, and device modifications under supervision, while managing clinical documentation and inventory.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year in a customer service or patient-facing role; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals (PTA, OTA, Athletic trainer, etc)

Responsibilities

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care services under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform technical fabrication tasks, including making and modifying molds; execute treatment modifications as directed.
• Provide orthotics fitting services and alterations to soft goods items as needed.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of patient care provided; communicate outcomes to the supervising clinician.
