Job summary

Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA seeks a Clinic Manager in Charlotte, NC, to oversee clinical operations and optimize patient care services. The role includes evaluating patient needs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Orthotics and has 5-7 years of experience, including supervisory roles. The position offers a range of excellent benefits, including medical coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics required.
• 5-7 years of experience for Clinical Managers including supervisory roles preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in prosthetic/orthotic clinical practice essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and staff at the patient care facility.
• Evaluate patient needs and formulate prosthetic and/or orthotic device designs.
• Instruct patients in device use and provide post-delivery adjustments.
