Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in delivering orthotic and prosthetic patient care. Under supervision, you prepare treatments, fabricate and modify devices, document care, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities include room readiness, assisting with molds, and performing modifications under clinician direction, with emphasis on precision, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to certified clinicians in delivering orthotic and prosthetic patient care under supervision.
• Assist with preparation of patient care, clinical documentation, and inventory management.
• Perform assigned clinical and administrative tasks under supervision.
• Assist with treatment room preparation and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of patient care and communicate outcomes to the supervising clinician.
