Hanger, Inc. in Nicholasville, KY, is seeking an Associate 3D CAD Technician to align and modify digital patient scans for custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. You will work onsite to learn and apply design protocols, ensuring accuracy and quality in every model.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and timely communication with clinicians and fabrication staff to support superior patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or CAD/drafting program or equivalent experience required.
• Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary CAD software to prepare digital positive models for orthotic and prosthetic designs.
• Interpret order forms and apply designated design protocols.
• Manage workflows using a digital order portal to prioritize tasks, archive files, and route orders to fabrication locations nationwide.
• Communicate with clinicians regarding order requests via phone, email, chat, and screenshare.
• Collaborate with fabrication team to address quality concerns and meet production needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
