Northwest Eye Clinic is hiring an Orthoptist for our Woodbury location. In this role, you will perform advanced data collection functions to assist in diagnosing patients, directly impacting the quality of eye care. The successful candidate will interact with patients of all ages and be involved in training less experienced staff.

The role requires a BA or BS degree and certification from the American Orthoptic Council. At Northwest Eye, we foster a supportive environment with competitive pay ranging from $34 to $38 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BA or BS degree is necessary.
• Certification from the American Orthoptic Council is mandatory.
• COT/COMT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments for strabismus and amblyopia.
• Implement treatment plans developed with ophthalmologists.
• Conduct visual assessments using specialized techniques.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient care.
