Orthopedics - Sports Medicine Physician at Britt Medical Search

Seeking a BE / BC Orthopedic Sports Surgeon for a thriving orthopedic practice in St. Louis County. This full-time position involves rotating between two offices and offers a competitive salary, benefits, and potential for ownership in ancillary services. The practice promotes independent physician decision-making within a collaborative and collegial environment.

The role includes:

1. Rotation between South County and West County locations, with the new office located on St. Luke's Hospital Campus, featuring an ASC available for buy-in.
2. Some call coverage required at a Level 2 trauma center, approximately every 9th weekend.
3. Support from traumatologists for complex trauma cases.
4. Part of a private practice with 14 physicians.
5. Sign-on bonus offered.
6. Two-year employed model, with eligibility to become a shareholder, gaining additional ancillary revenue from PT, MRI, X-ray, and building ownership.
