Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Orthopedics to provide nursing care using the nursing process and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. You will coordinate care with multiple departments and ensure accountability for patient care in a mission-driven system.

The role requires MO RN licensure or compact license, with prior hospital experience preferred and a day shift 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. A sign-on bonus is available for experienced and new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure as RN in MO or compact license.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates care effectiveness of other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
