The Curare Group, Inc. is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a patient-focused system just outside Salem, Oregon. This role offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000, with a wRVU-based production bonus and a low-volume ER call schedule. You will work in state-of-the-art facilities with CORi Robotics, while enjoying generous PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000. wRVU-based production bonus. Low-volume ER trauma call - 1 in 4 weekends. 34 days (272 hours) of authorized time off per year. $3,000 CME allowance.
