Job summary

Women in Endo in Oregon is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad orthopedic expertise to join a skilled team of orthopedics, sports medicine and podiatry.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000 with an uncapped wRVU production bonus, CME allowance, generous time off, relocation assistance and signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible general orthopedic surgeon with broad orthopedic expertise.
• Experience performing adult total joint reconstruction (hip, knee, shoulder).
• Ability to collaborate with PAs, NPs, and support staff.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is preferred.

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care for acute injuries.
• Lead and participate in joint reconstruction procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain patient flow.

• Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad orthopedic expertise.
• You will join a team of talented and experienced medical professionals specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and podiatry, alongside 3 advanced practice clinicians and over 20 plus supporting staff members.
• State-of-the-art facility with on-site digital X-ray and advanced diagnostic imaging
  Modern operating rooms equipped for complex joint reconstruction and minimally invasive procedures
  Supportive clinical team including PAs, NPs, and dedicated orthopedic support staff
  Integrated EMR: EPIC for seamless patient care management
• Proficiency in general orthopedic surgery, including treatment of acute injuries and sports medicine - Experience performing adult total joint reconstruction (hip, knee, shoulder)
• Call: 1 in 3 – balanced lifestyle with strong hospital support
• Located in northwest OR, just outside of the state capital, Salem, and about 2 hours to Portland
• Competitive guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000
  wRVU-based production bonus – uncapped earning potential
• $3,000 annual CME allowance - 34 days (272 hours) of authorized time off per year - Full coverage of licenses, professional dues, and board certification fees (separate from CME)
