Fellowship-Trained Adult Reconstructive Specialist

A highly regarded private orthopedic surgery practice with four physicians is seeking a fellowship-trained Adult Reconstructive specialist for a lead procedural role. Located in the scenic agricultural area of Southeastern Washington, this community offers an exceptional quality of life. With two major universities nearby, the city provides a safe, small-town feel while also offering metropolitan amenities.

Position Details:

• Join a Thriving Team: Collaborate with four sports medicine and general orthopedic surgeons.
• Focus Areas: Primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty.
• Partnership Opportunity: Eligible for partnership after one year.
• Patient Hours: 32 patient-facing hours per week.
• Call Schedule: 1:4, including general orthopedic call.
• Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR.
• Support Staff: Strong support from advanced practice clinicians.
• Facilities: Five hospital ORs plus a surgery center.
• Hospitalist Program: Assists with limited rounding needs.
• Collaboration: Fellowship-trained sports medicine and family medicine physicians available for non-operative care.
• Optional Involvement: Opportunities to engage with collegiate athletic programs and/or work with medical students and residents.
